Trial

How does 10-day trial work?

The free trial period allows you to use premium AppFollow features for 10 days for free. The list of features available for trial depends on the features included in the selected plan. You can get started with a free trial by creating an account.

What happens at the end of my trial?

At the end of your trial, you can choose to subscribe to a plan and continue using our services. If you decide not to subscribe to a paid plan, your account will simply downgrade to a free plan, and you can enjoy our limited feature set forever.

Subscription 

What is a Free plan?

The Free plan is a multi-user access to user reviews, updates, and ranks that allows you to track 2 apps, 1000 keywords for all countries, and invite up to 5 team members to your account. Additionally, you can set up all integrations and email reports. 

How do I upgrade/downgrade my subscription?

If you want to change your subscription type and upgrade to a different plan, you can do this on the Subscription page or by contacting our support or your Account Manager.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription on the Subscription page or by contacting your Success Manager. If you used a paid plan but changed your mind, you can downgrade to a Free plan and use it for as long as you need.

What is a Business plan?

A Business plan is customized for tracking a significantly larger amount of data without limits. It includes all Business plan features, professional services onboarding, a dedicated success manager, security check, Single Sign-On (SSO), dedicated instances, and custom features implementation.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We offer invoice billing on annual Business plans. If you need to pay by invoice or wire transfer, please reach out to your account manager or our Support team.

Is VAT included?

The above prices do not include VAT. If you are located within the European Union, we are legally obliged to charge VAT at the prevailing rate for our location. 

Customization

Can we customize a plan for our needs?

If you want to change your plan's reply limits, add more apps, enable additional features, or increase the number of users, your account manager will help you customize your plan.

What if I want to increase my limits?

If you can’t find a good fit among the plans you offer, we’ll create a custom offer for you. Please contact us.

In which plan can I set up integration with other tools and helpdesks?

In all of our plans, you have the ability to establish email integrations with platforms such as Slack, Discord, Zendesk, and more. However, if you require native app integration, you'll need to opt for the Business plan.

Is training/onboarding included?

Users subscribed to our Business plan have the advantage of onboarding with our expert Professional Services Team. For those on other plans, our comprehensive Help Hub offers self-service onboarding resources to guide you through the process.

Is customer service included?

For those subscribed to the Essential and Team plans, email support is readily available. If you opt for the Business plan, you'll benefit from a dedicated Success Manager and receive priority support for all your inquiries.
