Yes. You can set Auto-replies that publish replies when reviews meet rule conditions, and you can use AI Replies to generate responses (limits vary by plan). 

Does AppFollow support Amazon Appstore and non-store sources like Trustpilot?
Amazon Appstore is supported (add apps; monitor metadata/ranks; ratings/reviews support may depend on plan). Trustpilot reviews are supported via a native integration (currently noted as beta). 

How far back can AppFollow backfill reviews and ratings?
Reviews: when you add an app, AppFollow collects new and past reviews (typically within ~2 hours; very large histories can take up to ~2 days).
Ratings: lifetime totals and incremental (time-sliced) ratings are available via Rating Analysis/API; depth depends on store/source connections (e.g., Google Play console connection unlocks granular daily data by country/version). 

Can I reply to reviews directly from AppFollow (all stores)?
For App Store and Google Play, yes — official reply connections let you publish from AppFollow (and via help desks/Slack). Microsoft Store/Xbox don’t support developer replies. Samsung Galaxy Store replies are supported after inviting AppFollow in Seller Portal.
